The Finish Line
Our Finish Line
For 2018 our finish line will be at lovely Rick's Crabby Cowboy Cafe. You just might want to turn down the volume on your computer before you click that link!
Rick’s Crabby Cowboy Cafe
435 E. Lake Drive
Montauk, NY
We like this spot for a lot of reasons:
No more giant hills at the end of the ride! This new finish line saves you about a hundred feet of serious climbing at the end of a big day.
You can now be picked up by aircraft (we're right across the street from the Montauk airport) or boat, at Rick's dock. Yes, we're serious! Directions to reach Rick's by boat are here.
Relax and have a free hot shower, free all-you-can-eat post-ride meal, free massage, and free Blue Point Brewery beer.
Parking
There is no parking, at all, at the Montauk finish line. By the time we bring in the shower truck, the ice cream, the beer, and set up the bike parking corrals, there’s no room!
We will offer a free shuttle from a nearby parking lot. Details coming soon. Be sure to check back here before ride day -- just showing up at Rick’s and looking for a place to park would be disastrous for your friends coming to get you
Showers
There are hot showers available for free at the end of the ride in our shower trucks. Don't forget to pack a towel and a change of clothes in the bag we truck out to Montauk for you.

Massage
Free massages are available at the finish line. When you get to the finish line, be sure to sign up for a time slot for a wonderful relaxing massage. We wish we had time to provide massages for all riders, but that's impossible -- we'll do our best to take care of you.

We serve a free hot meal at the finish line for vegetarian and non-vegetarian registered riders. This meal is all-you-can eat. We serve soft drinks AND free Blue Point Brewery beer (provided you are at least 21 years old and can prove it.)

If you have friends or family coming to meet you they can purchase the all-you-can-eat meal including Blue Point Brewery beer for $30 at the finish line.
